Rise & Grinde

The environment here is very good, with food, drink and fun all in one, and the scenery is superb! It is right by the sea, and the sea water is very good. The seafood here is delicious, and the ingredients are excellent. Needless to say, the seafood, the macaroni alone is very chewy and delicious.

For over 50 years old, Old-School style burgers, and for less than $10, his unique sauces will definitely make you mouth-watering.

This place use to be a lot better. Coffee is hit and miss depending on who&#39;s making it. Service is usually poor - no wonder since the owner is always sitting having coffee herself and making people wait! Food is ok although last visit my chorizo was practically raw, sent it back, it came back still under cooked and the waitress told me that&#39;s how it is! Um no fat is not suppose to be eaten raw and not rendered :(

We enjoy breakfast nearly every Saturday and Sunday morning. They serve great porridge any time of the year. The bacon &amp; egg rolls are the best, and as the notice on the counter says &quot;give me coffee now and no-one gets hurt!&quot; We love the coffee there. The staff are very good and the owner Janelle is friendly to everyone who comes in. The only aspect I don&#39;t like is the Reserved tables system she uses. Sometimes there isn&#39;t a table available because of being reserved yet we might only want to have a quick coffee &amp; leave but can&#39;t.

Great coffee! Good range menu with interesting specials from the usual breakfast items such as Eggs Benedict to some interesting Asian dishes. Not noisy and overcrowded which appeals to me. Cute leafy courtyard at the back where I can bring my dog if I choose to.
